2) He's quite a complex character due to the pact. He's protecting his master and yet will be the one who'll take his soul. You can't tell if he actually has a little bit of affection for Ciel or not.

3)Cute and useless... I don't hate her though, she needs chara dev to become interesting.

4)I'm not into shota at all but the Wonderland outfits from the OVA were too tempting. I'd really want to re-draw and color that picture.
